Photo Background Changer does not provide user registration or login functions, so we do not collect direct identity information such as your mobile phone number or email address. Special Notes on Data Association and Tracking:

• Tracking: This application collects Device IDs (such as IDFA) and shares them with advertising partners (such as AdMob). We only perform this operation after obtaining your explicit Tracking Consent.
• Associated Data: Coarse location, Device ID, and usage data are considered data associated with your device or identity.

Integrated Third-party SDKs:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used for third-party advertising display and performance analysis.
• User Messaging Platform (UMP): Used to request privacy compliance consent from users.

II. How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Personal Information

We promise not to share your personal information with any other companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following cases:

1. Sharing with explicit consent.
2. In accordance with laws and regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory requirements of government authorities.
3. Sharing with Authorized Partners: For the purposes of advertising display and performance diagnosis, we will share the information collected through third-party SDKs with authorized partners such as Google/AdMob.

III. How We Store Information

Information collected during operations within the territory is stored within China. Data shared through third-party SDKs may be transferred to their global servers for processing according to their privacy policies. Deleting the App means deleting all local information stored in the App sandbox.

V. How You Manage Your Information and Subscriptions

• Delete Data: You can clear all purchase status and usage data stored locally on the device by uninstalling the App.
• Manage Tracking Consent (ATT): You can change your authorization at any time through the "Settings - Privacy & Security - Tracking" on iOS devices.

VI. Terms of Use for Minors

VIII. Dispute Resolution and Others

The place of signing of this agreement is the People's Republic of China. If a dispute occurs, both parties should resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the location of the service provider for litigation.
